Neurofeedback effective?
In 1 month, 2 pieces of research came out about the effectiveness and ineffectiveness. Coaching as a whole has been researched as well and questioned on its effectiveness in the workplace. Strengths uncovering is something we can do with coaches, I know some incredible people hyper specialised in it. But, @hyla and I offered this challenge to message 5 friends/ex-colleagues, you name it. To share with you, the strengths they noticed over time in you. It was a hard challenge for many but even people who thought they had no one to ask, came back with lists of strengths from people who they have interacted with over their lifetime.
