<aside> ☁️ Welcome,

In 2019 I started ADHDCoached, which was the scariest and best thing I ever did. Over the last few years, I’ve coached more people than I can count. Mostly professionals who are finding the balance between home and work // with their ADHD.

Since a personal life change in 2021, I got stuck around mid 2022. Later, I came to realise that, although coaching is a lot of giving. This is not the only way I believe support should be offered. Nor is it the only way I want to use my energy and time for as an extrovert and a lover of challenge.

Coaching is expensive and quite frankly embarrassingly inaccessible. Even with countless of charity work and exploring other routes, full conviction didn’t come until this library and my aim to enter the learning and development space.

It’s the start and therefore I will fully admit, it’s pretty basic. But with your help we want to build this in the open and make it better together.

Comment with any additional resources or insights. Be aware that if you are looking for a coach there are so many choices. There are coaches that are accredited, certified or with no training. Choosing a coach is based on your personal choice and I cannot choose for you or make any guarantees with these lists.

Thank you,

Astrid
